Five Unique Cotton Candy Party Favors

What’s a great party favor that will excite the kids but not get thrown into the toy box and forgotten about? Cotton candy party favors of course!

Cotton candy is an iconic carnival food. Kids’ eyes light up when they see it and adults fondly remember the last time they had the sweet treat spun on a stick. Regardless of the flavor or color, a cotton candy party favor is the gift your guests won’t forget, and will leave everyone else envious that they didn’t think of it first! Plus, they can be dressed up for an adult’s party, or made playful for a child’s birthday party.

I’ve been making cotton candy since I was old enough to see into the machine. Now with Cotton Candy Chef, I am always looking for unique things to do with the fluffy treat. Here are some of the best ones I found:

    These absolutely adorable favors by the Pink Cake Plate look like an ice cream cone, but are made of cotton candy! Sounds like every kid’s dream! And the sprinkles around the edge add a perfect detail that can be changed to match the theme of your party. 

2. Unicorn Cotton Candy Favors:

Unicorns are so on-trend right now. Even now that I am 23 I am highly considering having these unicorn cotton candy tubs by Crafty Sophie at my next birthday party. The multiple colors of cotton candy add a magical look and the sparkly horn is just the icing on the cake!

3. Individually wrapped Cotton Candy:

These favors actually look like the traditional cotton candy you get from a carnival, but they are sealed in a bag so that they stay fresh and delicious! These were actually used as a wedding favor as shown on The Knot, which just goes to show that cotton candy can be fancied up!

4. Clouds:

Cotton candy is light and airy by nature. So it is the perfect treat to use to resemble clouds. This adorable party thrown by the Marshmallow Studio was “Keep Soaring High” themed and has little planes in the cotton candy clouds. So creative!
