Our Biggest Event Yet
We absolutely love doing live events. Instead of relaxing on weekends, Cotton Candy Chef is usually out at events, serving up sweet treats and creating smiles. This weekend will be no different, and we are so excited to be a vendor at the 626 Night Market from July 12 – 14 a the Santa Anita Racetrack in Arcadia, CA.
Large-scale events are wonderful because we get to see so many people and usually have a more successful night. The 626 Night Market will be our largest event yet, with an estimated attendance of 80,000 to 100,000 guests. Needless to say we expect (and hope) to make a TON of cotton candy.
Part of the process preparing for such a large event, is building the menu. Many of our events cater to young families with children, but 626’s guests are more like 20-somethings. With an older customer base, comes the need for more Insta-worthy menu items, because duh, who isn’t really at the night market to get some bomb pictures?
